These terms govern your use of directsolarpro.com and the estimate request process that runs through it. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are and what we do

Direct Solar LLC dba Direct Solar Pros is a residential solar sales and consultation company. We qualify homes, review electricity usage, explain system and financing options, and help homeowners understand a proposal. We do not perform the physical installation. Licensed installation partners handle site survey, final engineering, permitting, installation, inspection, and utility interconnection.

Estimates are not offers

Any estimate, savings figure, payback period, incentive value, calculator result, or example shown on this site or provided during a consultation is an illustration based on assumptions. It is not a quote, a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome. Actual pricing, production, savings, financing terms, and program eligibility depend on your roof, your electricity usage, your utility, current program rules, equipment, credit approval, and other factors, and can differ substantially from an illustration.

Nothing on this site should be taken as tax, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Consult your own advisors about how solar affects your taxes or finances.

Incentives and program information

This site describes state, utility, and federal programs including Illinois Shines. Program rules, funding, prices, and eligibility change, sometimes during a program year. We make a reasonable effort to keep this information current and to date the articles that discuss it, but we do not warrant that any program description is complete or current at the moment you read it. Eligibility for any program is determined by the program administrator, not by us.

Eligibility

To request an estimate you must be at least 18 years old and be the owner, or a co-owner, of the property you are asking about. Requests about a property you do not own cannot be acted on.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including a phone number you control.
• Do not submit another person's information without their permission.
• Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful or abusive content.

Communications

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your request, including by automated technology or an AI or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time. See our SMS policy and privacy policy.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, and design on this site are owned by Direct Solar Pros or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or brand commercially without written permission.

We link to utility, government, and program websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
